Created out of the inspiration and love felt over the past three years of growth and transformation, this album is driven by the intention to hold space and carry listeners within.

The tracks managed to stretch out to a full length album, consisting of 4 longer tracks, plus an intro and outro of singing bowls mixed with vocals and violin. The structure aims to create a journey from beginning to end, or tracks can of course be enjoyed individually. It would also suit a daily meditation or yoga practice, or guide a deeper ceremonial experience.

On each track, I've included the personal meaning (or translation) to assist in creating a more intentional experience if so desired.

Through this process I learned to use recording software for the first time, performed, recorded, and mixed each track. I could not have completed this project however, without the help and support of some dear musically inclined friends (listed below), as well as my incredibly supportive parents (their love and belief in me has been an unwavering force over the course of my entire life). Of course much gratitude to all other friends and acquaintances continuously weaving in and out of this journey! Each of you have touched my experience in different ways and contributed to the unfolding of my goals and aspirations. I am so thankful! And finally, I am truly grateful to my own heart for helping me forge forward to complete this goal, and the ultimate essence that guides and carries us all.
