Ancestral trauma is real. Sometimes we are passed down many lineages of pain, limiting belief systems, stored trauma, that becomes our responsibility to 'manage', clean up, clear out.. if we choose. Sometimes it feels the choice has been made for us, it's our turn, to get it done. Into the fire we go. But what an honour and a privilege to do that work, and step out the other side, rise from the ashes, in full aliveness. It's your turn, let your hair down!
